Assignment 5: Holocaust Time Line Summary

the ghettos were just a place to keep the Jews from other people and to be the first steps to the annihilation of the Jews it was later used as places to gather them to transport them to the camps and things.

1939- the Jews were going to be separated from the rest of the people because of many reasons.

1940-the ghettos were generally not very concealed but the bigger ones were.

1941-the ghettos grew in population but they decreased in sanitation, people suffered more.

Where was the train at this point? through out the whole time the people were told about the horrible things that were happening but they didn't believe it till it was to late to believe the stuff that they were told. They were in Kaschau, town on the Czechoslovak frontier
